> EPNEC coordinators are available to assist you with all aspects of your event.
  • Unless requested earlier, at approximately six (6) weeks prior to the event your coordinator will contact you to begin gathering event details.
  • You will be asked to send a tentative agenda to your coordinator so that she can know your timeline on the event day(s).  Your coordinator will pass this information along to catering to ensure that food and beverages are served at the appropriate times.

  • We ask that the menus and event detail information is returned to the coordinators no later than 14 days prior to your event.
  • When the coordinator receives all of your information, she will generate an Event Function Confirmation (EFC) with the details and associated cost estimates for your review and signature.
  • Don’t hesitate to contact EPNEC coordinators if you have any questions or modifications that need to be addressed. Your EPNEC coordinators are event professionals and will ensure that your event is a success!
Advertising
  • All brochures, posters or advertisements must be approved by EPNEC before any advertising may be done. A disclaimer on all promotional material is required.
  • “The facilities of the Eric P. Newman Education Center are available to outside organizations on a rental basis. Completion of a rental agreement does not in any way constitute a direct or implied endorsement of an outside organization’s activities, methods, products, mission or program Content."
